Tennis Advances Five to State

Congratulations to the following tennis players for their win at the Regional Tennis Tournament in Lubbock:

Mixed Doubles
1st place - Colin Bumann/Leslie Ingram

Girls Doubles
1st place - Courtney and Caitlin Cramer
3rd place - Sarah Wofford/Jeanette Rodriguez

Girls Singles
2nd place- Brooke Dennis
4th place- Kelsey Wolfe

Good luck Colin, Leslie, Courtney, Caitlin and Brooke as you prepare for the State Tournament in Austin on May 11 and 12.

Congratulations Wylie Tennis Team

The Wylie Tennis Team won the Regional Team Tennis Tournament
this past weekend in Wichita Falls, advancing them to the
State Team Tennis Tournament in Waco on March 13-14.

They will be defending their 2008 championship.  At regionals, Wylie
defeated Wichita Falls Hirschi 19-0, Graham 15-0, and in the finals
defeated Vernon 15-4.
